Bay Ball 2023 is a mix and mingle affair with food stations and small seating areas arranged throughout the venue. Tables are available for either individual and family sponsors or corporate sponsors beginning at the $5000 level. Sponsorship includes 10 tickets to the event as well as recognition on event materials for corporate sponsors. Organically grown, and CCOF certified, La Encantada Estate Wines bring a taste of the Santa Rita Hills and California terroir to Whitefish Bay. John and Adrienne Grunau are donating 100% of the proceeds from all wine purchased online prior to the event. We are so grateful to the Grunau Family for their support, and for sharing their award winning wine with us.

Any bottles you purchase online will be waiting for you at check-in the day of the event, along with drinkware.

Purchasing your wine presale not only guarantees you a bottle or two, it also provides additional financial support to the evening’s fundraising goal.

Each bracelet is good for three adult beverages, non-alcoholic beverages will be available free of charge. Molson Coors products will be available as part of a donation by Dave and Carrie Osswald, and a selection of wine will be available for purchase by the glass.

Purchasing drink bracelets ahead of time saves you time when you arrive at the event. Bay Ball staff will have them prepared for you as part of your event registration packet.

Deliciousness. Third Coast Provisions is providing the catering. They own Merriment Social and Third Coast Provisions, and if you’ve ever been to either of their restaurants then you know how incredible their food is. There will be small plate food stations set up throughout the venue, and gluten free options will be available.

Some guests may choose to have dinner ahead of time, however there will be more than enough to eat at the event if you choose not to.

The big question! Cocktail attire, and make sure it’s something you can dance in. Steve Beguhn is providing the entertainment; he’s everyone’s favorite WFB rockstar and he even has groupies.
