how to bid:
Click on JOIN THE AUCTION
Once you’re on the auction site, click on the button that says “Get Started”
If you’ve already logged into the auction, clicking “Join the Auction” the system will remember you and will take you back to your bid account.
Bay Ball Ticket Holders:
Please login to the auction with same the email you address you used to purchase your Bay Ball 2023 tickets.
All Bay Ball ticket holders should have received an email or text message (depending on the contact info we have on file for you) on Monday, April 10th letting you know the auction is open and available for bidding.
That email or text message will only go to named ticket holders, so if you purchased more than one ticket, but only provided one name, email address, or cell phone number, that’s where the auction email or text was sent.
If you’re not a Bay Ball ticket holder:
You will be asked to create a Greater Giving account, and provide your contact info and credit card number. Once you have set up your account you will receive an email or text message with a link to the online auction and an invitation to participate.
PICK UP YOUR AUCTION ITEMS!
Bay Ball Ticket Holders:
The auction closes on Saturday, April 15th at 10:15pm. If you are attending Bay Ball in person, please pick up your auction items before heading home for the evening.
If you’re not a Bay Ball ticket holder:
If you are bidding online, all auction items will be available for pick up at the WFB High School Field House from 10:30pm to 11pm on Saturday, April 15th and 11am to 1pm on the 16th.
If you will be unable to pick up your items within either of these windows, please email bayballwhitefishbay@gmail.com prior to April 15, 2023 to make other arrangements.
