BAY BALL 2023 CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP FORM

To support Bay Ball's efforts to help the school district of Whitefish Bay improve classroom technology, please complete and submit the Corporate Sponsorship form below. If you prefer to submit a hard copy version of the form, you can download one here. After submitting your form you can send in your sponsorship payment two ways, by check or credit card. Instructions for either payment method are listed below.

Corporate Sponsorships must be submitted no later than February 1, 2023.

This will redirect you to Bay Ball’s Greater Giving Corporate Sponsor webpage where you will enter your payment information to complete your transaction. Pledge Now, Pay Later Option

This offers flexibility for donors who would like to support Bay Ball 2023's fundraising goal, but for budgetary purposes need to donate at a later date. Donors choosing this option still need to click the "Enter Payment Info" button to submit this form. No other action needs to be taken at this time.
